Anet A8 heat bed wire strain relief

This is a remixed wire strain relief for the anet a8 heat bed wires originally designed by lord_alan. I made it longer so my 18mm inductive sensor wouldn't bump into it with the stock setup with an inductive sensor mounted to the rear of the extruder carriage, I also added slots so small zip ties would be able to clamp onto the wires better.
