CR-10 Bondtech LH Direct Drive Extruder Mount

This is a mount for a Left Hand Bondtech BMG extruder on a CR-10 or CR-10S printer. Will probably also work on CR-100 S4, S5 and Mini printers and maybe some other Creality printers.

I printed out this design https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2755588 and realized the stardard Bondtech BMG is a little difficult to use on CR-10 as the release lever is on the back side of the extruder and difficult to get to.
