This adapter will let you use your Lem Jerky Gun nozzles on your Lem or Cabellas 5lb sausage stuffer.
In the 2nd photo, you can see the difference in the size of the flange on the stuffer tubes. The tube on the left (plastic) came with the 5lb Sausage Stuffer, The one on the right (Stainless Steel) is an aftermarket stuffer tube that I bought at Bass Pro Shops.
The Lem and Cabellas 5lb Sausage Stuffers use a nozzle with a 1.5inch flange. The Lem Jerky Gun uses nozzles with a 2.25inch f
