HTC Vive VR Optics Remix

Update rev 2 and 3. Short story: use rev 3 for safest one time print, it may need tape shimming. Use rev 2 for a tight fit to the Vive, but could be too tight depending on your printer calibration vs mine.

After playing several hours, I found that the lens holder could hit my nose a bit, right where my glasses would normally sit. Especially trying to get the screen as close as possible. So I added some chamfer to that area. While I was at it I also put a slight chamfer on the end that sl
