Delta 3D printer with belt tensionner

This is a carriage with belt tensionner with a m4 thread for DeltaPrinter.
The carriage is now configured to work with lm8uu bearings.
Use anything you want as a frame. I used MDF.
The printing area will be a 220 glass with ~260mm long fiberglass arms.

Just added the hotEnd parts:
- the case for the ED3
- the radial fan duct pulling through the aluminium radiator and blowing to the nozzl
