CR-10s Direct Drive Conversion - E3d Hotend

I was inspired by https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2735674 by @s_gutz, but I wanted to be able to use all stock parts and keep the same printable area with no chance of hitting the frames. I've accomplished that by rotating the extruder counter clockwise 90 degrees. You no longer need the extra switch plate converter. I couldn't avoid the necessity to get 2 M3-.50x10 and 2 M3-.50x20 screws to mount the hotend and fan enclosure. Maybe future updates will avoid this! The most recent update includ
