A 30 AWG prototype wire stripper made from a 3.5" inch floppy disc. The part is constructed from a floppy disc alloy hub with a shear/cut in from the edge.
How to Make:
Find old 3.5" floppy disc and remove alloy hub. Measure the hub diameter and adjust the openscad script so hub fits in 3D part (loose fit is better). Export the STL from openscad and 3D print part.
Make one cut with tin snips as per picture on the alloy disc. Allow metal to deform. Do not flatten after cut. Position disc
