Turn / Initiative Tracker for Roleplaying games

This thing is a tool for a tabletop ropleplaying group (also called pen & paper Roleplayng). It is used to track an order of something at the table.

i use it to keep track of the initative order in turn based combat.

You can label the little signs with the player or character names or somting else you want to track, then put them on the pole in any order you want. Thereafter you can simply flip over the signs if the according action has been taken.

Why this isn't a simple 2 piece Model?
