Tevo Little Monster IR Probe Mount

Remove the BL Touch and replace it with an IR probe. The probe used is:

The easiest way to wire it is to build 3 pin to 3 pin servo cable and reuse the long 3 pin cable for the BL Touch. I moved the single pin on that cable to the pin closest to the end stops on the same extension header (that would be pin 4.28). The configuration needs to be updated to set:
