wpl deuce wheel

this is the last version,over the past few weeks ive had trouble with tinkercad while editing.
this time i printed 10 of them in petg,all came out good,not deleting it anymore.
dually rear comming up next.
uses stock wpl tires

(edit 3/31/18) get it from tinkercad,has updated rezized hex for a snug press on fit,my computer aint cooperating to add the file.
