Cetus 3D 60mm Fan Adapter with part cooling blocker

After testing my new Cetus the first time I wanted to instantly replace the fan. When looking up the existing things I was intrigued by two parts which included functionality I wanted to have. This is the combined part, original designs as outlined in the Remix section.
