A copy of a Stuka siren, also known as a Jericho Trumpet. Used on German planes during the Blitz as a psychological weapon.to incite fear
Use a universal motor commonly found on sewing machines for the drive, can be found online for about 15 bucks with a speed controller. The controller can be used to change the sound and volume of the siren
Scale the parts up by 10 and rotate them so the bottom of it is on the print
