One of the paramedics at work asked me to make a holster for 10cc flushes, so I sat down for 10 minutes and cranked out the ***FLUSH-O-MATIC 9000!!!***
It will securely hold 4 17.8mm flushes in a pocket, though you may need to play around with the scale to get it just right. I imagine you could resize it to make it fit almost any size syringe.
