Anet AM8 extruder mount for 2040 extrusions

This is my addition to the [glorious AM8](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2263216) by [pheneeny](https://www.thingiverse.com/pheneeny/about).
Since i am using a bowden setup, i designed this part intended to be mounted on the backside of the top 2040 extrusion.
The mounting plate is angled at 30°, so the tube won't be put under too much stress when printing tall objects. Filament is feeded from the rear, so the placement of the spool should be behind the printer.
