Helmet hook, topologically optimized

Helmet hook for ø 10 mm bar. Scale the part to fit your bar.

The hook has been topologically optimized using Fusion 360.

The hook is glued together from two parts using cyanoacrylate (superglue).
The parts have three mating holes of ø 1,75 mm. Cut three 15 mm long pieces of filament (ø 1,75 mm) and put them in the holes of one hook part so they stick out a bit; The pins will assist in correct alignment when mating with the other hook part during gluing.
