I did not make any of these parts.
I wanted a tensioner for the Y belt and ended up mixing these to get what I wanted. I know there are a lot of different versions out there but thought I would share my mix anyway.

The biggest issue was that most frames did not have a cutout for the pulley.
Also, some frames are a single piece and the bridge connecting the sides actually restricts how far the belt can be pulled by quit
