Universal stand-alone filament spool holder for Up Mini 2 Remix

I remixed the original "Universal stand-alone filament spool holder" to include two base plates that hook onto the up mini 2's handle. See original post for putting together the wheel bearings.

All parts can be printed on the Up Mini 2.
