This is a mount to hold a 12mm Inductive Probe to the extruder bracket on the Anet A8
It is installed behind the part cooling fan using the same screws that came with the printer

I am also using the Spriya Fan Duct, a fantastic improvement over the original fan duct - the probe holder is compatible with fan ducts that fit over as well as inside the mouth of the fan:
