this is a simple measuring device to meat out in a consistent amount of material. flour, rice, whatever you can fit in there. hold the device by the casing, tnd make sure the hole in the measurer is aligned up to the top then simply fill the hopper with material an then turn the measurer 180 degrees, to which the measured amount of material comes out the bottom.
it dispenses .28 cups. hopper holds .61 of a cup.
