E3D V6 Hotend mount for Creality CR-10

I updated the files to lower the fan another 1.5mm. Should be in an acceptable position now.

I have downloaded and tried some hotend mounts and, in my opinion, the position and size of the two original hot end mounting screws are not suitable for the E3D V6 hotend. This is my solution to that issue. It is a robust mount and uses the original nozzle fan.. Clamp screws are M4 x 25 and nuts (I used Nyloc) fit into the slots provided.
