CR-10 Large Nozzle Extended Stock Style Part Cooler Fan Duct

I like the minimal setup of the stock CR-10 but when I added a larger 0.5mm stainless steel nozzle to print abrasives it was much wider and longer than the stock nozzle. All the part cooling fan ducts would hit the middle of the nozzle and not at the tip where it was required. This is a basic remix that extends the original design as well as changing the slope of the wedge inside to better angle the air across the tip.
