Trailer Hitch Cargo Carrier

This is a base design for a cargo carrier I plan to build out of metal. It has three main features.

1-Strong cargo base to carry cargo such as cooler
2-Collapsable poles that fit inside the carrier that can become a stand for a standard size hammock
3-The ability to attach additional trailer hitch mounted accessories such as bike rack onto the rear of the carrier.
