iStarUSA 120mm fan upgrade and mounting feet

Since the built-in 80mm fan doesn't provide much cooling, I created an adapter to connect a 120mm fan in its place. Use the original screws to mount the adapter to the cage. It does cover two dip switches:
- fan speed dip switch, which you won't need anymore (and didn't seem to work anyway)
- switch
