Prusa/RepRapDiscount LCD 2004 Smart Display Controller Housing and Button

This is the standard Prusa LCD cover and knob modified to better fit most RepRapDiscount LCD 2004 Smart Display Controllers. The knob is bigger to compensate for the usually longer variable resistor shafts. The cover itself should engage the stop button more quickly then before and the hole for the variable resistor has been shifted up 1mm to better center the shaft.
