I´m using this mount to secure the unify race fpv transmitter to the inside top plate of my frames. The unify is held in place with a zip tie around the mount and the mount itself is mounted via double sided sticky tape to the carbon.
It´s possible that you have to cut a little bit away of the heat shrink around the unify because the inside of the mount is nearly a friction fit.

I´ve printed this with Prusas black PLA, default "0.15 optimal" settings in slic3rPE on a MK3.
