Tracheostomy cap Protex 15mm

I cobbled a replacement tracheostomy cap for Protex 15mm for a friend of ours. The cap includes a small loop where you can attach a fastener so when you laugh and the cap pops off you have it attached and don't need to sound like Darth Vader.
