So, here is the OEM plate for the X axis Belt Tensioner.

For complete the X Belt Tensioning Kit, you will need :

1 Plate
2 Bearing F688Z - 8x16x5
2 Screws Socket Head M4x8 mm
2 Hammer Nuts M4 for V-Slot
1 Screw Round Head M8x25mm
1 Normal Nut M8
1 Self Locking Nut M8 (teflon insert version)
