Needed a way to mount the MY1018-1 gear motors in another rover build. Came up with this mounting adapter.
The adapter shown without a gear motor required modifications to the final version (couple of dimensions not quite right), but included for illustrative purposes.
Uses the 5mm mounting screws that come with the gear motors to secure to the adapter, but could go 5mm longer (20mm.) Slotted holes sized for 1/4" bolts. Slots provide movement to adjust chain tension.
