Made a Y axis 3030 aluminum extrusion belt tension to be used with a M5 x 20 SHCS and nut to secure a pulley 8-9mm wide, and up to an 18mm OD. The design is as basic as it gets. You pull back on the bracket and bolt into place once your desired belt tension has been reached. Use M5 x 12 bolts to secure the bracket in place.
