Ball Bearing Delta Effector (Cherry Pi inspired)

This is my own version of a earlier version of the Cherry Pi effector (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:210028). It uses ball bearing with spring to make a very sturdy effector for my E3D-V6 (might work with other groove mount extruders)

Also included is a adapter for a dial indicator. I use this to find my delta radius.
