This clamp is designed to be low and flush with the glass plate with the idea of not interfering with the layer fans or nozzle itself. It is designed with the FSR Mount Plate designed by Michael Hackney here: http://www.sublimelayers.com/2017/02/new-fsr-plate-mounting-system.html

It can be used with the existing plate mount as the clamps will still be the same height. You will need to measure twice before placing when not using the FSR mount.
