Motorolo Moto x4 charging stand

Here is a charging stand that is designed for the Motorola Moto x4.

The cord came from Amazon, but the link that I've been using doesn't seem to be working anymore. You're on your own there.

These are also designed for a phone in a slim case; nothing too bulky.

Supports will be required everywhere, although you can turn the angle up pretty high so that you are only supporting the horizontal overhangs. The sloped surface on the back doesn't generally require support.
