An adaptation of sschueller's linear rail mount to use standard mounts for the HEVO.
Untested.
4/13/18:
Added Endstops. X Flag triggers the original Toolhead's sensor. The original HEVO X Flag, will trigger and endstop mounted to the toolhead mount, instead of the toolhead itself.
Y flag is for https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2459636 Again, not tested, and drawn from measurement only.
