I decided to remix @Jason_Blake 's Gravity Falls Bill Cipher to get better resolution on the hands (for my printer and object print size) as well as be able to use different colors at various layer heights. I removed the outer ring of text as well.

I used TinkerCAD to remix the original design and then used the Variable Settings Wizard Tool in Simplify3D to split the layers where I wanted to change the filament colors.

My settings in Simplify3D were:

Change Scaling (uniform scaling)
