CR-10 Dial Indicator Holder (for 3/8" shank, not 8mm)

Remix of Basalt1987's dial indicator with two changes:
1) Works with imperial 3/8" shank dial indicators
2) Has clearance for the X limit switch so auto-homing works properly

Also included:
1) Simplify3D files including supports
2) Pre-sliced gcode if you want to roll the dice and send it right to your printer. I'm using a CR-10S.
3) Fusion360 model that was modified from Basalt1987's STL file.
