T4 accessory: universal camera plate

This is an accessory for the [T4 quadcopter](http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:261145).

This simple adapter plate allows a variety of "action" cameras (eg GoPro. Mobius, etc) to be mounted on the front of the T4 using vibration gel and a rubber band.
