This is a mounting for the BaNanaBotCage [1] bottle and banana holder from francfalco [2]. My bike did not have any mounting hole on the bar so I made these. The bar on my bike had diameter of 30mm. You need to mount it with six M3x20mm and two M4x10mm screws.
If you need other variations for your bike, let me know.
no support is needed. 0.3 mm layer height and 30% infill is fine.

UPDATE: added a version for bikes with 44~41mm bars.
