Hotend LED Mount for 40 mm Fan

Modified wallyTHEgecko's 40 mm fan mount so that it would fit my LED light stip.
Had some LED light strip left over from another project (LE 16.4ft 300 Units SMD 5050 LED Flexible Light Strip, 3000K Warm White) so decided to use this on wallyTHE gecko's fan mount. Unfortunately my LED strip didn't fit, 10 mm wide, so I widened the design in Tinkercad.
The adhesive didn't hold so I went back into Tinkercad and added end recesses and a couple of holes for cable ties.
