(ROUGH DRAFT) Sailor Pluto Garnet Rod Top

This is the top of Sailor Pluto's Garnet Rod. The bottom of the big heart is meant to be attached to a dowel of some sort.

I realize that I can make this better without making it much more complicated, so I'm going to try cleaning it up while bored with nothing to do.
