Honda NX 250 fairing screw replacement

I lost one screw from the motorcycle fiaring of my good old honda nx 250. The original nut-holder is a rubber fit, which is distroyed by time (you can see on the picture).
The Screw got a distance holder for protect the fairing: the torque will not press directly to the plastic and so you can't tighten to much and damange the plastic and a big screwhead for a goot power distribution - I intend to maintain these properties.
Sadly i only had M5 hexagon bolts and nuts i have to use.
