Hand ok on Duplo compatible

Reduced the hand by a factor of 0.5 and put it on top of a 2x2 DUPLO.

A second version uses a 4x4 Duplo with a flat surface. You can augment this design with some lettering (e.g. name of your partner, your boss, your dept. etc.).
