Upgraded remix of nice Y front assembly by Digital_Sqrt.

List of Mods:
- centred pulley right in the middle of the Y plate
- tool free tension adjustment
- M4x30 bolt and M4 nut
- M3 nut slots
- stiffened Y plate slots for rods
- minor shape and dimensions changes
- extended adjustment range up to 15mm

Note - Make sure you "Lay-Flat" before you print, then rotate 45 deg. Gluing plate and bracket adaptor is optional
