Piezo adapter for 3-Wheeled/Linear Rail D-Bot Carriage

This is a way to assemble a piezo disk for usage with the [Precision Piezo](http://precisionpiezo.co.uk/) Z-Probe and [printingSome 3 Wheeled Carriage](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2206664) for the D-Bot corexy printer.

I got the idea from DjDemonD's motor mount for titan extruders, so not my original idea.

The idea is to put the piezo disk in a position where it will deform when the support moves. To increase the deformation, use super glue to stick the piezo inside the adapter.
