2013 Simple Belt Tensioner (correct scale and orientation)

Remixed from G0ldmember's Printable Simple Belt Tensioner (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:172132) for the 2013 Simple version(s). Changed scale to mm and oriented to lie flat for optimal printing.

**Depending on your printer's settings, you may need to file/sand the arm of the long piece to get it to fit properly within the hole of the angled piece. If you do have to do this, be sure to file the side without the tabs that hold the angled piece in place.
