The spar is 230mm long. Add the aileron behind the spar, and you end up with a chord length of 245mm - 250mm. 37mm thickness or 15%, given chord length 245mm.
5mm rectangular cutouts for stringers.
Supplied is 3 models, 1 wirh rhe whole spar, for those fortunate enough to own a large enough printer. And 2 models with front and real halves, for smaller printers.
