Simple Clutch Assembly Model

Hello - I tried to make a model of a motorcycle clutch to help teach new riders the concept of a clutch, and how it can deliver and remove power from the engine to the rear wheel. I made this super simplified concept to demonstrate that.

I bought some 4" circular sand paper to represent the "friction" plates, and a hobby pack of battery packs, electric motors, and on/off switches on amazon. I used super glue to stitch everything together.

The spring is not my design, I used this one design
