collar grips for nimble mount on stock hotend

The stock hotend wiggled loosely with the otherwise great mount by Profdryoman. These grips slide very snugly into place and grab the collar of the hotend similar to how it was held by the stock bracket.

I know it's a very tight fit. It's supposed to be.
