Super Mario Warp Tube Planter Tray

A simple circular tray to be put into the "Mario_Circle_Brick_Tray.stl for the warp pipe planter to sit in ( https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1010757 ). It has 3mm standoffs on the bottom for drainage and to not allow the bottom of the pipe to sit in the water in case your bottom layer isn't perfectly water tight.
