Remixed LM8UU-Style Bearing / Bushing Holder

I modified the original to make my drylin bearings an exact fit and require pressing firmly into place. I found the original allowed the print head to wobble.
These are rocksolid with my 23.8mm x 15mm bearing.
I really like this simple light weight design and it also allows the print head to be removed with cutting just 6 cable ties.
