Anet A8 foldable extruder fan duct and filament guide

I created this fan mount and ducting because the noisy fan on the A8 drives me nuts.
This helped but also makes it very convenient to clean the extruder and replace filament.

Also it includes a filament guide.

I think the original heatsink didnt do anything so I removed it.
This design pulls air from the back and pushes it onto the filament and stepper and then out the top.

I wouldnt say the design is refined but its a start.
